In order to preserve stability of your patients' specimens over the holiday, please ensure that specimens collected are shipped as instructed below.
Thanksgiving Specimen Shipping Instructions:
WHOLE BLOOD (The Lymphocyte MAP™ specimens) Specimens can only be collected Monday, 11/25/24, and Tuesday, 11/26/24, and must be shipped same day. Do not collect or send whole blood specimens on Wednesday, 11/27/24.
SERUM and ORAL FLUID Specimens Specimens can be collected and shipped as you normally would, with the exception of the holiday.
Christmas Specimen Shipping Instructions:
WHOLE BLOOD (The Lymphocyte MAP™ specimens) Specimens can only be collected Monday, 12/23/24, and Thursday, 12/26/24, and must be shipped same day.
Do not collect or send whole blood specimens on Tuesday, 12/24/24 or Wednesday, 12/25/24.
SERUM and ORAL FLUID Specimens Specimens can be collected and shipped as you normally would, with the exception of the holiday.
New Year Specimen Shipping Instructions:
WHOLE BLOOD (The Lymphocyte MAP™ specimens) Specimens can only be collected Monday, 12/30/24, and Thursday, 1/2/25, and must be shipped same day.
Do not collect or send whole blood specimens on Tuesday, 12/31/24 or Wednesday, 1/1/25.
SERUM and ORAL FLUID Specimens Specimens can be collected and shipped as you normally would, with the exception of the holiday.
